Privacy notice

Short version: we use your details to reply to your enquiry and quote your job, and nothing else.

What we collect

What you put in the form (name, mobile, suburb, the job, and any photo you choose to send), and a record of your call if you phone us. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. We also record which Google ad or search brought you here (for example a click ID) so we know which ads work.

Who sees it

On Call Roofing Group Pty Ltd and our marketing agency, Leadman Agency, which runs our ads, call tracking and this website. Your details are stored with the services we use to run them (our call-tracking, form and text-message systems). We use Google Ads conversion measurement, including Enhanced Conversions, which shares a scrambled (hashed) copy of your phone number with Google to measure our ads. We don’t sell your details.

Access or correction

Ask us to see, correct or delete your details: call 0421 557 700 or email [privacy contact email].
